If you have a CAPCOM ID, please log in before submitting your inquiry.

Unfortunately we can only provide you with support in Japanese or English.

Please describe your query or the issue you're having in as much detail as possible.

Please input 2000 characters or less.

If you have any relevant images, such as screenshots of error messages you're seeing, please include them with your inquiry.

*You can send up to 3 attachments (Supported file types: JPG, PNG / Max file size: 2MB)

- Your inquiry will be processed as soon as possible.

- Confirm that you can receive emails from the "eng.capcom.co.jp" and "cid.capcom.com" domains to ensure you receive the reply email.

- Check that you've entered your email address correctly.

- Depending on their content, not all inquiries may be answered.
