If you can't log in, enter an email address where we can reach you.

Please describe your query or the issue you're having in as much detail as possible.

Please input 2000 characters or less.

If you have any relevant images, such as screenshots of error messages you're seeing, please include them with your inquiry.

*You can send up to 3 attachments (Supported file types: JPG, PNG / Max file size: 2MB)

- Your inquiry will be processed as soon as possible.

- Depending on their content, not all inquiries may be answered.

*In the event that the answer to your reply is information that should be reported to all users, an announcement will be made on the CAPCOM ID official site instead. Additionally, while any and all opinions received will be examined, be aware that they will generally not be given replies.
