How to Add Friends
Sending a Friend Request
STEP ①: Search for a user.
On the Add Friend page, you can search for friends you want to add, by entering their CAPCOM ID nickname.
Note: The name you search will not appear in the search results if even just one character is wrong.
(You can view your own nickname from your Account page, or by checking the upper part of the screen after logging in to the site.)

STEP ②: Send a friend request.
To send a friend request, press the "Friend Request" button by the user that appears in the search results. Any requests you send can be viewed from the Sent Requests page. Press the "Cancel" button on that page to cancel your request.

STEP ③: Wait for the other user to approve your request.
The user you sent the friend request to will receive a notice of your request on their Received Requests page. Once they press the "Approve" button, they will be added to your friend list, which is in alphabetical order on the Friend List page.

Receiving a request from someone
STEP ①: Approve the request.
When you receive a friend request from someone, their nickname will show up on your Received Requests page. Press the "Approve" button to add them to your friend list, or press "Ignore" to deny the request.

STEP ②: Check your friend list.
Users you've added to your friend list will be displayed on your Friend List page. User nicknames are listed in alphabetical order.

How to Remove Friends
STEP ①: Search for the friend you want to remove.
Search for the friend you want to remove on the Friend List page. Nicknames are listed in alphabetical order, so either scroll to the name of the friend you want to remove, or enter their nickname into the filter feature and press Enter.

STEP ②: Remove the friend.
Once you find the friend you want to remove, press the button to the right of the friend's nickname. You should see "Remove Friend" and "Block." Select "Remove Friend."

How to Block/Unblock Users
STEP ①: Search for the user you want to block.
Search for the user you want to block via one of the following: the Friend List page; the Received Requests page; or the Add Friend page.
STEP ②: Block the user.
Once you find the friend you want to block, press the button to the right of the friend's nickname. You should see "Remove Friend" and "Block." Select "Block."
Users you block will appear on the Blocked Users page.

Other-User Permission Settings
You can change various permissions (friend requests, match invites, online status visibility) for other users via the Permission/Privacy Settings page.
STEP ①: Select a setting you want to change
Press the "Change" button on the setting you want to change on the Permission/Privacy Settings page.

STEP ②: Save the permission level.
Select the permission level for a setting and press the "Save" button to save your changes. Different settings have different permission levels to select.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I check my own nickname?
You can view your own nickname from your Account page, or by checking the upper part of the screen after logging in to the site.
How are friends listed on my Friend List page?
User nicknames are listed in alphabetical order on your Friend List page.
On the Sent Requests page, they are listed in order of most recently sent first. On the Received Requests page, they are listed by most recently received first.
I sent a friend request, but the user isn't showing up on my friend list. Why?
If the other user approves your request, they will show up on your Friend List page.If they appear on your Sent Requests page, they still haven't approved your request and will not appear on your friend list until they do so.
How many friends can I register?
You can have a maximum of 2,000 users on your friend list.
How many friend requests can I send?
You can send up to 2,000 requests.
How many requests can I have waiting to be approved on my Received Requests page?
You can have up to 2,000 requests on your Received Requests page.
If you receive any requests past 2,000, you will not be able to respond to any more, so be sure to approve or ignore those you have received.
How many people can I block?
You can block up to 2,000 users.
I accidentally blocked someone. How do I unblock them?
Press the "Unblock" button to unblock a user from the Blocked Users page.
I don't want to receive any friend requests. What should I do?
Set the Friend Requests option on the Permission/Privacy Settings page to "Do Not Accept" to block all requests.
